Founded by Joshua and Veronique Randolph and Alan Faygenblat, our team brings a wealth of entrepreneurial experience, having built and sold successful companies over the last decade.

As a family-owned and operated business, we take pride in the trust and commitment that define our work. Our team has known each other for over 25 years, creating a strong foundation built on collaboration, integrity, family, friendship, vision and shared expertise.  

Our passion for craftsmanship and durability is backed by hands-on experience. Alan Faygenblat studied concrete under a seasoned general contractor, gaining deep knowledge of the material’s properties and behavior. Meanwhile, Joshua Randolph honed his skills in Tennessee, working alongside one of Nashville’s largest concrete coatings companies to master industry-leading techniques. Veronique played a vital role in our previous ventures, serving as both office manager and marketing manager, where she excelled in streamlining operations and driving brand growth. With a strong background in business management, organization, and marketing strategy, she brings invaluable expertise to the Grounded Coatings Family.
